I'm going to be honest...I completely forgot about the Daisy Delight stamp set. I wanted to use a set I hadn't used in awhile for today's project and noticed this one at the very back of my collection. I sure am glad, I enjoyed creating this card and found this set pairs nicely with the Garden Lane Designer Series Paper.

Garden Green cardbase 5.5" x 8.5" scored at 4.25"

Designer paper 2" x 4"

Cut down Whisper White to fit your sentiment

Helpful Tips:

• Stamp the "thank you" sentiment repeatedly down the right hand side of the card front in Garden Green ink.
• Stamp the leaf outline in Pear Pizzazz. Stamp off once in Pear Pizzazz for the leaf filler image. Hand cut out each leaf. 
• Stamp the daisy twice in So Saffron. Stamp the center of one daisy in Soft Suede. Punch each out daisy and layer them together (offset).

Paper Share Update + Giveaway Winner

The order of paper for my 2019-20 Annual Catalog Paper Share has arrived! Woohoo! I've got lots of work ahead of me but I'll be working to chop all of this paper down to 6 x 6 sheets, package it, label it, and then get it all shipped out. You can find the full schedule for the share below.

Schedule:

May 28: LaQuita will start sending PayPal invoices

June 2: All payments are due and must be received.

June 4: I will place my Stampin' Up! order for all of the paper for everyone who pre-ordered a share.

June 11 - 23: I will cut, sort, and package all of the paper for you.

Beginning June 24 (Monday): I will print shipping labels and begin mailing paper shares out.*

Vellum Above the Clouds

So I had an idea that I wanted to try using vellum for a card base and I thought what better stamp set to try this with then the Above the Clouds. My color inspiration came from my teams color challenge last week, which was to use Granny Apple Green, Melon Mambo, and Coastal Cabana.

Vellum card base 5.5" x 8.5" scored at 4.25"

Melon Mambo cardstock 4" x 5.25" (x2)

Whisper White cardstock 3.75" x 5" (x3)

Helpful Tips:

• Stamp off the cloud image on the Whisper White layer using Coastal Cabana ink.
• Stamp off the solid hot air balloon/basket image to get a lighter shade of each ink color. Then stamp the lined hot air balloon/basket image over top, full strength, in each color. Punch out each balloon and basket. Pop up the Melon Mambo balloon and basket using dimensionals.
• Layer Whisper White cardstock inside of the card on both the left (to cover exposed adhesive on card front) and right side. 
• Adhere a piece of Melon Mambo cardstock to the back of the card to cover the exposed adhesive on the Whisper White layer.
• Finish the card with rhinestones and Whisper White basker's twine.
