Sponged Springtime Foils

I'm so excited about today's project! I used the stunning Springtime Foils Specialty Designer Paper (free with a $50 purchase) and added color using our Stampin' Sponges.

It was super easy to use the sponges to add color. I simply tapped my sponge on the ink pad a couple of times, then lightly sponged on the color using a circular motion. I added color until I had the depth I wanted.

I layered half of a Delicate White Doily + half of a Silver Metallic Foil Doily behind the sentiment layer for an added touch of texture and interest. And of course, each card would not be complete without a matching envelope!

Happy Wishes Anniversary

Happy Friday! Today's projects features the HUGE Happy Wishes stamp set (free when you spend $100). I also used the Basic Gray ribbon from the Shimmer Ribbon Pack (free when you spend $50) for an added touch of elegance on this anniversary card.

This set is easily the most versatile from the Sale-A-Bration brochures. You can endlessly create sentiments with this one, simply a must-have!

Helpful Tips:

• I embossed both the card layer and the envelope flap using the Scattered Sequins Embossing Folder.
• I added a small Bermuda Bay enamel heart for a pop of color.

Did you know you could emboss your envelope flaps?? Simply slide the flap only into the folder and run it through the big shot! So cool, right?! This adds such fun texture to your envelope!

I love that this card uses minimal supplies!

Celebrate Amazing You

With only 10 days of Sale-A-Bration left, I thought I would focus on creating projects showcasing these amazing freebies! The Amazing You stamp set + Celebrate You Thinlits are definitely one of my favorites this year. I love that we have thinlits as an Level 2 option (free when you spend $100). This fun thinlits will also be carried over into our 2018-2019 annual catalog being released in June. Woohoo! Isn't that so exciting!! The Amazing You stamp (free when you spend $50) set is beautiful and will definitely be one I keep in my collection, even after celebration. I love the variety of fonts and the images.

Helpful Tips:

• I started by stamping the flower image all over the background of my Flirty Flamingo card base, in Flirty Flamingo ink. This creates a fun tone on tone look. 
• I stamped the flower onto the Whisper White layer and the envelope in Emerald Envy ink. I then stamped the image again on a scrap piece of Whisper White in Flirty Flamingo ink. I hand cut the large part of each flower out and adhered it on top of the Emerald Envy Flowers. This allowed me to have pink flowers with green leaves.
• I die cut and adhered the words using the Multipurpose Adhesive Sheets. 
• I rounded the corners of the Basic Black and Whisper White card stock using the envelope punch board.

Helpful Tips:
