It's Your Day! Enjoy It! (Belated)

Hey there! I have a super quick card to share with you today. I'm very behind on sending out my March birthday cards, one of which needed to be a masculine card. So, I came up with this quick card and it's perfect for what I needed! I used the retiring Happiest of Birthdays stamp set for the sentiment and the Cactus Cuties stamp set to add an image to the inside of the card (pictured at the bottom of this blog post) and on the the front of the envelope. I chose some designer series paper from the retiring Pattern Party DSP...one of my favorite paper collections!

Hey there! Today's card is happy but simple. I paired the Happiest of Birthdays stamp set with the Sweet Symmetry Designer Series Paper. It was really difficult to choose a color for the card base. I was torn between Gray Granite and Flirty Flamingo. I put up a poll on Instagram and many of you voted for Flirty Flamingo, so that's what I used. I think it was the perfect choice!

TIP: I wanted a coordinating flap for the envelope. I didn't have any Just Jade designer paper, so I sponged ink onto the flap using my Just Jade Ink Pad and a Blending Brush.

Happy (little-bit-late) Birthday

Hey there! I love today's card share! This card was fun to design because I did some masking to break up the sentiment and stamp in two different colors of ink on two different pieces of cardstock. I really love how it turned out and it really makes the sentiment pop off the page. I paired the Happiest of Birthdays stamp set with the Sweet Symmetry Designer Series Paper.
