I absolutely love how this design turned out and I think it pairs beautifully with the table favor box. And Poppy Parade and Coastal Cabana are such a pretty color combination!

Friendly Thoughts with Floral Essence

This card was inspired by the Floral Essence soap box I shared HERE a couple of months ago. I had an extra flower left, so I decided to put it on a card. I kept the card really simple because the floral embellishment is the focal piece.

I used the lovely Floral Essence Bundle and Leaf Punch to create this layered punch art flower.

I've got a quick tip for you on how to create the subtle splatter for the background of this card.

*use less water if using regular Whisper White cardstock

All Days Are Beautiful...

Today's project is absolutely lovely and I have to say the See A Silhouette Designer Paper is the show stopper on this one! Gorgeous! I have shared so many projects with this designer paper recently, so if you haven't yet ordered it yet, you really should. The  rich, vibrant colors are fabulous and pop on any project.

Whisper White Thick card base 4.25" x 11" scored at 5.5"

Blackberry Bliss layer 3-7/8" x 5-1/8"

Designer Paper 3.75" x 5"

Helpful Tips:

• Die cut a piece of Whisper White cardstock using the Layering Circle Dies. Ink up the large lined flower image (from the Floral Essence stamp set) in Crushed Curry ink. Stamp off once onto a piece of scrap paper and stamp onto the bottom right of your die cut Whisper White circle. 
• Stamp the sentiment over top the flower in the upper right corner using Blackberry Bliss ink.
• Adhere your designer paper to the Blackberry Bliss layer. Wrap the two with Crushed Curry ribbon and tie in a bow off to the right. Adhere this layer to the card front. Adhere the sentiment panel over the ribbon using dimensionals.

Floral Essence Soap Box

Today's project is a super easy gift box for a lovely soap I got for my mom on my trip to Greece. I used our handy kraft mini shipping boxes and simply decorated it with a few pieces of designer paper with a tiny bit of stamping. Super easy and cute!
