Hooray for super quick cards! Sometimes you need a card in flash...still cute of course! This card is perfect when you're in a pinch and you can never have too many birthday cards on hand.

The balloons were punched from the Festive Birthday designer paper using the Balloon Bouquet punch. I drew in the balloon strings using my Basic Black Stampin' Write Marker.
The Whisper White layer adhered to the Tempting Turquoise is elevated on the card base with Stampin' Dimensionals. The final touch to this card was adding an Enamel Shape above the "i" in Tempting Turquoise.
I of course decorated my Whisper White Envelope with a stamped star using the Watercolor Words stamp set.
