1. Simply place a minimum $40 order (before tax/shipping) in my Online Store.
2. You must use the the host code above at checkout. Do not use the host code if your order is $150 or more as you will become your own hostess and earn hostess rewards.
3. You must order between December 16- 31 in order to receive this FREE card kit. Kits will ship by January 3rd.
