Birthdays are the Best Days

Happy Saturday! I have a gorgeous card for you today featuring a different take on the Christmas Rose Bundle. I absolutely love this rose image but wanted to get more use out of it than just Christmas. Why not turn it into a beautiful focal image for a birthday card? I just love the way this card turned out. I used Flirty Flamingo for the rose, Lovely Lipstick for the berries, Shaded Spruce for the leaves, and I left the pine cones uninked. You can use any colors you want to fill in this image. I used the Beautiful Friendship stamp set for my sentiment.

Whisper White Thick card base 5.5" x 8.5" scored at 4.25"

Basic Black die cut using Stitched Rectangle Dies

Helpful Tips:

• First stamp the rose image in Memento Tuxedo Black ink, then stamp the filler images in Flirty Flamingo, Shaded Spruce, and Lovely Lipstick.
• Use Black Dimensionals to pop up the stitched rectangle die cut and the rose image.
• Finish the card with a few black dots from the Monster Bash Enamel Shapes.

2" Cherry Cobbler circle

Helpful Tips:

• Use snail to adhere the gold foil die cut (Christmastime Is Here Dies) to the Mossy Meadow cardstock. 
• Use dimensionals to adhere the Crumb Cake label. 
• Adhere the 2" Cherry Cobbler circle to the Crumb Cake label using snail adhesive. 
• Stamp the sentiment in Early Espresso ink onto the white label die cut (Christmastime Is Here Dies) and adhere it to the Cherry Cobbler circle using dimensionals. 
• Finish the card with a few Gold Glitter Enamel Dots.
