Birthdays are the Best Days

Hey there! Today's card is a gorgeous one! This card was super easy to create...the second time, lol! It took me two attempts to take this idea from in my head, onto paper. I'm so pleased with the finished product. I paired the retiring Beautiful Friendship stamp set with the Fine Art Floral Designer Series Paper. I had no idea how well these two went together until I started creating this card.

Happy Saturday! I have a gorgeous card for you today featuring a different take on the Christmas Rose Bundle. I absolutely love this rose image but wanted to get more use out of it than just Christmas. Why not turn it into a beautiful focal image for a birthday card? I just love the way this card turned out. I used Flirty Flamingo for the rose, Lovely Lipstick for the berries, Shaded Spruce for the leaves, and I left the pine cones uninked. You can use any colors you want to fill in this image. I used the Beautiful Friendship stamp set for my sentiment.

Basic Black die cut using Stitched Rectangle Dies

Helpful Tips:

• First stamp the rose image in Memento Tuxedo Black ink, then stamp the filler images in Flirty Flamingo, Shaded Spruce, and Lovely Lipstick.
• Use Black Dimensionals to pop up the stitched rectangle die cut and the rose image.
• Finish the card with a few black dots from the Monster Bash Enamel Shapes.
