Amazing As You...

Happy Tuesday! I CASED today's project from Stampin' Up!'s CEO, Sara Douglass. I loved the simplicity of her design. I simply changed the colors, put a few rhinestones, and added colored cardstock for my card base.

Project measurements

Bermuda Bay card base 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" scored at 4-1/4"

Whisper White 4-1/8" x 5-3/8"

Sentiment 1" x 3-1/2" then bannered

Helpful Tips:

• Stamp the flowers first. Then fill in the gaps using the polka dot stamp. Ink the dots in Bermuda Bay and stamp it 3 times to get 3 shades of color. Re-ink the stamp and repeat this until all gaps are filled to your liking.

Stampin' Up! Saturday| Tranquil Tulips Just For You

Happy first Stampin' Up! Saturday of 2018! :)

Today's project is inspired by page 28 of the current annual catalog. The original card features the Jar of Love stamp set. I don't have that stamp set but the flowers in the catalog sample reminded me of the flowers from the Tranquil Tulips stamp set, so I used that set and I'm in love with the finished card! What do you think?
