Happy Tuesday! I CASED today's project from Stampin' Up!'s CEO, Sara Douglass. I loved the simplicity of her design. I simply changed the colors, put a few rhinestones, and added colored cardstock for my card base.
Bermuda Bay card base 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" scored at 4-1/4"
Whisper White 4-1/8" x 5-3/8"
Sentiment 1" x 3-1/2" then bannered
Helpful Tips:
Stamp the flowers first. Then fill in the gaps using the polka dot stamp. Ink the dots in Bermuda Bay and stamp it 3 times to get 3 shades of color. Re-ink the stamp and repeat this until all gaps are filled to your liking.

Happy Monday! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. Today I'm sharing my February Customer Thank You Cards + gifts. Each month I send a handmade card and goodie to everyone who shopped in my Online Store the previous month. This is my way of saying thank you for all of your support! ♥
Happy Friday! I have a really great masculine card idea for you today. This card features the Crafting Forever stamp set (which I haven't used in...forever). I love cards that say "Just a note..." or as this one does, "A Note For You" because you can use them for absolutely any occasion!
Basic Gray card base 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" scored at 4-1/4"
Basic Gray layer 3-3/4" x 5"
Helpful Tips:
I used a Stampin' Sponge to ink around the edges of the Basic Gray layer using Basic Gray ink. This helps that layer of cardstock stand out on top of the Basic Gray card base and it adds a nice distressed look.
I stamped the pen image, from the Crafting Forever stamp set, in Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I then colored most of each pen using my Granny Apple Light Blend and filled in a few parts using my Pacific Point Stampin' Write Marker.

Happy Tuesday! Today I have new and fabulous Quitabug Stampers Team Showcase for you.
Each month I host a card swap on my team. Below are the February swaps from those on my team who participated. Our theme was to create "thinking of you" cards. I'm so inspired by each project and I hope you are too! ♥
Everything floral is beautiful to look at, but did you know you can feel it too? Create beautiful backgrounds with the Country Floral Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. Everything it touches will change the way you feel about your projects, as well as how you feel about embossing. They add great texture and background, but you can also do amazing techniques with them too! Use the sponge brayer and some white craft ink to get a vintage look, or use our fast-drying blends to color the flower images.
And during Sale-A-Bration, if you spend $50(before tax/shipping) in my Online Store, you can get the Country Floral folder ... for FREE!
Here's another fun sample featuring the Country Floral embossing folder. You can see the raised floral images have been colored using Stampin' Blends.
