Happy Monday! Today I'm sharing the 3rd and final card in my simple card series. You can find card #1 here and card #2 here. I have really enjoyed this short series. It's quite fun to see what you can create when you limit yourself to some basic supplies. I think all 3 projects were absolutely gorgeous but this one is definitely my favorite of the 3. I'd love to know which was your favorite, share it in the comments below.

For today's card, I used the pretty Petal Palette stamp set and coordinating Petals and More Thinlits Dies.

Whisper White thick card base 4.25" x 11" scored at 5.5"

Whisper White layer 4" x 5.25"

Designer paper 1.25" x 4"

Helpful Tips

• Emboss the Whisper White layer using the Layered Leaves embossing folder.
• Stamp the rose image in Memento Tuxedo Black. Color the image using Stampin' Blends. I used Rich Razzleberry + Old Olive.
• When coloring using blends, I like to go over the interior lines of the image using the darkest shade. I then color over the entire image using the lighter shade. I find this technique adds really nice depth and shading to the stamped image. 
• Stamp the sentiment in Blackberry Bliss on designer paper.

I think this card would make a perfect wedding or engagement card. Its absolutely stunning!
